Description

Exit to New Haven off of CT 15: Traffic patterns with the street lights are extremely inefficient, especially at times of high volume.

ConnDOT is just starting a study around Exit 59. Take a look at the project website: http://www.exit59study.com/index.html. There are no upcoming public meetings scheduled, but you can probably contact DOT or the consultants conducting the study via the website and give your input that way.

Yes, the study will apparently continue until the fall of 2011, so plenty of time! This is a vexing problem in the little town of Woodbridge and many, many people would like to see the traffic flow here improved. There was a brief write-up in our local e-news site, The Woodbridge Citizen, if you would like to add comments there and see if you can stir up some additional public opinion to weigh-in and urge this study -- and some solutions -- along! http://woodbridgecitizen.com/node/332
