Sadly, had I not noticed the tires dumped next to two cars that look abandoned at this end of this block, I would not have noticed this property. If the yard didnt look like a dumping ground, then there is a good chance the tires wouldnt have been dumped. its a viscious cycle.

The address is 4713 McNutt. The tires and cars are removed from end of block. GREAT JOB! Property resident has made some improvements but the whole 1/4 acre is out of control. Improving though.

Curious, how long should one wait so they know its being worked before kicking it up a notch, when no visible improvement is noticeable?
What is the next level of intervention by the city?

Now they have a dog chained and the guy told the other neighbor he dared code to come by and post a notice on his porch this time. Hmmm. Meanwhile the trash continues to pile in the yard.

Looks like they put up an old fence and are maintaining behind and noticed alot of visitors picking up items from yard regularly. Interesting how some locations are given more time than others though, to bring the issue under compliance. Still needs work, not finished yet. still very visible from neighboring empty field but they are trying.

Code Enforcement has inspected the property and will be taking appropriate action.

5 months ago. WOW. How can this be? Why is it some places are given more agressive attention while others fail and go on for months and years. Also, have you seen the road? I needs serious attention. Im sure code will continue to miss the other issues on this block.

2 months ago someone at the city actually typed a response stating they were sending Code Enforcement out to inspect and take appropriate action............two months ago.....soooo, I guess we can conclude that the city believes appropriate action is to just let it go, let this place get worse and worse? I look at the picture and all I can hear is the Sanford&Son theme song!
