City owned trees between the sidewalks and the street have not been trimmed in many years, causing the branches to overhang the street, sidewalks, and power lines. Garbage trucks frequently knock branches down, and there are tunnels where the sidewalks cut through the branches. When fall comes, the sewers will again clog with leaves.
