Tenants placing mattresses on sidewalk in front of 722 Hillgirt 94610 n claimed for Salvation army but they never came n Won't for such poor condition mattresses. They also have overflowing trash cans that don't seem to be picked up possibly not set up for service that are left on the sidewalk continuously frequently. Please sight landlord for blight. Been there for 3-4 weeks.
