Has this issue been resolved? How often is the park and its bordering streets (14th and 15th st. NE) being cleaned?

Tim if you have been by there recently, the area is a disaster, trash cans overflowing, trash all over the street and sidewalks, a few steps from the playground. This is a recurring problem that has been ongoing for years.
