Description

They just finished up some work on the traffic light at Edwards & State. Now the light stays red facing Edwards for 3-4 minutes, turns green for 15 seconds (I timed it). There are constantly lines of cars backed up down Edwards, which is a major thoroughfare. Also many near-accidents as drivers who probably think the light is broken try to pull u-turns out of the line of traffic.
