The streets are still not properly configured for One-Way travel.

I have added a simple, easy-to-follow diagram about how the best traffic-flow would be achieved. A proper, alternating One-Way street layout would make for an easier plan to deal with the horrendous parking situation along the roads in this neighborhood.

These streets are extremely narrow, and don't even conform to modern street requirements. Therefore, the only solution is proper, alternating One-Way streets.
