Description
Every week by Thursday or Friday the trash cans belonging to Zigler Head Start (which are located in the New Haven parking lot 136) are overflowing. See attached image for further evidence.
Rodents and stray cats get into the trash, rip the trash bags open and spread the trash all across the parking lot. The odor prevents other residents from enjoying their backyards which is on the other side of the fence of the trash cans.
We have repeatedly asked Zigler Head Start to address this problem, but there has been no change. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

If they have this much trash they should be paying for a contracted trash hauler, not using city garbage bins. And why aren't they recycling? Why does the city pick up the trash in recycling bins for this company??
I have a similar issue with a neighbor, certainly not this much trash, but it overflows, stinks, and when the squirrels get into it, strewn garbage all over their yard as well as mine, and MAGGOTS AND FLIES. Gross.
