The automated Service Request email I received indicated a different and incorrect service address. The correct service address as in my service request is the 100 block of Bryant Street north east Washington DC.Would you confirm that you have the right address on record

Do not close out ticket. I've had requests over a year old eventually get executed. Certain jobs are only happens at specific times of the year.
