The railing is still missing on the Green I believe.

The issue has been inspected and prioritized for action.

Some sections of fence that are missing around the upper green, have been missing for decades. It hasn't been painted since it was installed, same with the lamp posts. The black paint is worn off and the orange primer is showing, the glass surrounding the blubs are so dirty the light can barley shine through, most benches are missing, the rest too filthy to use. There are more ugly plastic garbage barrels than there are people, it full of litter each day. There is very little or no maintenance to the greens. Its a shame.
