tenant saw a rat inside today, ist time in 20 years , only because the problem is not being addressed.

No evidence of Rats????? well 11:30 am there wouldn't be any rats, the tenants have put out poison and traps, management did come out and fill up holes , but †here are rats at night. How about getting Lustine Realty 202-462-7200 to change the open dumpster to cans with lids that close to keep the rats out? Tenants are parking on the street because the rats climb underneath their cars at night, some tenants had evidence of chewing and nest building in their cars To say the case is closed and no evidence of rats is really unfair , come out at night and take your trash to the dumpster, you'll find out. Talk to the tenants in the building before you completely close the case. Thank you..
