Intersection of James St & South St continues to flood during rain and cold weather ices intersection and sidewalk. This is also a handicap crossing. Patchwork performed but what is needed is a sewer. I fell on ice at this intersection last year, hit my head on the sidewalk, and broke my eyeglasses. Significant pedestrian traffic uses this intersection to walk to King’s Supermarket.
