My neighborhood, Stillwood Farms, has a tremendous amount of parking on the street. My HOA has rules against this,but,the HOA boadr has told me they can't enforce our rules due to the fact that it is not against city codes to park in the street. All of the street parking makes it very unsafe when backing out of your driveway, kids running out from behind a car or even while walking and someone could be just sitting in a car watching. I just don't like it. Can something be done about the excessive parking on both sides of the street? Thanks
