Valley Indy, this is a great site, but looking through these issues, most of them in my town are done and over with but still listed. Who is responsible to close these? I don't think unplowed roads are really a concern in August.

Ansonia, Derby, Seymour and Shelton acting through their Council of Governments applied for a grant to install, monitor and maintain SCF issues via a dashboard (New Haven already licenses this interactive application). There would be a central Valley dispatcher who would be responsible for routing these matters to the appropriate municipal contacts, follow up on the individual issues and close it out when completed.
Unfortunately the grant application was denied.
These four towns are scheduled to meet with representatives from SeeClickFix in September to discuss the cost and possibility of licensing this system to be used as a tool by the municipalities.
In the mean time, go ahead and close any issue that has already been dealt with. If someone else wants it open they will reopen it.
