Description

I've noticed a Parking Enforcement officer who consistently favors specific people parking in the area. The signs on the road clearly state no parking for more than 1 hour, and anyone who goes beyond this is ticketed. However, I have noticed that exceptions are regularly made for the staff at Lusardi's. Their cars are parked, 5 - 6 of them, all day long, never receiving a ticket from Parking Enforcement. This is unfair and unlawful, and should be addressed.
