Description

Traffic signal has been on flash / blink during afternoon rush hour Fri (8/2) and Mon (8/5). As New Kent traffic has red flashing signal it is almost impossible to cross Westover Hills from east to west to travel south on Westover Hills. A dangerous situation. Pls double check
