I actually have to agree with this. While initially confusing, driving through these cones makes this intersection a dream for drivers as well. Everything is slow and well-coordinated with everyone already in their correct lane. Keep it!

The existing temporary layout would be a typical road configuration in much of London, NY City, and other cities. As with roundabouts, some of these have low barriers so that emergency vehicles may pass through in the event of a major problem.
