8/2/2013 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation was formally reported to Richmond Tree Mgmt Team (20020852767 ) on 7/12/2012. A proper inspection has taken place accordingly and this location is already placed on a contractor list for removal. This action should take place in the very near future. .
