Description

Several weeks ago my 2 year old almost walked over this open grate at "gental touch" car wash. Company did not seem to care. A call to 911 did appear to have alerted anyone to the issue..

yup, it really upset me when Holden almost walked into it. He was inches away from it when I grabbed him. The business new about it and could care less. They said it was a city issue and they had contacted them about it already. I wonder if it's some sort of "who's responsible" game being played. It's been like that for well over a month now.
