Just East of Hermitage on Bellevue Ave the telephone/electrical wires are hanging low enough that anyone can grab them/get tangled in them. Please fix!

12/3/2013 - Service Review: If there are low hanging electrical or phone wires, they need to be handled by the respective utility; Dominion or Verizon. You need to call Dominion Power for situations such as these 1-888-667-3000
