Resident reports that trash toter was not collected. Please send someone to remove the missed trash. Reported about 9:30 am today.

Not only should Public Works address the missed collection, it should determine how the collection was missed and propose a solution so it doesn't happen again.

We are closing older Trash and Recycling issues from 2011-2015 in order to focus on current Trash and Recycling issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our regularly scheduled collection but were never closed. If your Trash and Recycling issue remains please open a new See Click Fix issue. Thanks.
