Other 90 degree intersections have no parking zones marked when there is not a 4 way stop sign, which is the case here. I cannot fathom how putting a no parking zone there would harm or offend anyone. It is not asking for "special treatment". It is asking to feel safe driving in my neighborhood especially with a young child in my car.
