The City will take care of these street light issues much faster if the pole number is reported. Thanks!

Call the city at (203) 946-6091 and provide the following info:
- What the problem is (light out, cycling on & off, etc.);
- Street address closest to the light;
- Street light pole # (facing the street at eye level);
- Cross streets nearest the light;
- Caller name and phone number to allow follow up.
Once reported, the light should be fixed within 72 hours.

I believe I was supposed to report this by phone, but I seem to have lost track of the response with the correct number?

City's street light engineer is monitoring scf. It really helps though to provide the Pole number.
also a special form should pop up from scf for entering street light issues that requests all the relevant info

Thank you. The pole number is 5633 in front of I think 250 Yale. The light mostly is off completely and sometimes on but very dim.
