Actually i believe the area you are referring to is N Washington and CHestnut Streets where the stop sign is on Chestnut. There have been 2 accidents at this intersection within a few weeks of eachotehr due to the vechicles parked on the left hand side of N Washington where you need to look right to either crosss over the intersection or make a left turn. Perhaps we need to vary which sides of the street are to be parked on based on visability at the stop signs especially when it isn't a 2-4 way stop.
