Description

There is a water main leak beneath the road. Water runs and runs through the gutter and down the street to the next corner where it drains into a drainage opening. The homeowners have little to no water pressure. They have had to go to the laundromat now just for clean clothes. Not to mention the dismal showers.With the onset of winter approaching this is a nightmare waiting to happen, as well as a HUGE waste of water.
311 is very rude on every occassion of reporting
this leak. One night after 11pm a CMUD truck came out and looked at the spot, when 311 was called weeks later to find out why it had not been fixed the caller was told that CMUD does not dispatch anyone at 11pm. This is not acceptable, period!!!!
