I have had no response at all from the City of Berkeley

Still no response nor effort by the City of Berkeley.

The City did a half-baked job on the sidewalk, just dropping some asphalt on the raised parts of the sidewalk - which is still completely impassible for someone in a wheel chair and very dangerous for anyone who walks with difficulty or who is vision-impaired. I hired folks to do the street repair.
