New Haven Police car license plate: 168 NHP rolls casually through the stop at about 8:30 this morning in front of the crossing guard, some pedestrians on the sidewalk and a half-dozen motorists who all have now been re-affirmed in the feeling that it's not really a big deal if you don't stop at stop signs... (clearly not on a call either since they were behind me on the way up to Prospect and moving very sedately - I know that part is hard to believe)
