I tried calling both Verizon, Cablevision and LIPA....each saying that it is not their responsibility, its "the others"!!!!
When I call my Village, they also say that there is nothing they can do!!!!! I'm glad my taxes are being put to good use! I will just wait till they fall down (One is literally disinigrating daily) and sue all the Utilities.

Issue resolved. After over a year of me trying, they finally removed the Poles.
