Please post the name and phone number of your landlord and we will call him/her on your behalf. HPD has no registration information for your building.
Thank you for posting,
Penny
Additionally: there is a 3 month old and a 4 year old in the building. The internal temperature dropped below 55 several times in the past week. The landlord swears it will be fixed this year because they have "friends living in the building now". Gee. Thanks.
Penny - My husband managed to corner him today and he swears the brand new heating system is in place and ready to go and he just needs 24 hours to turn it on. I have no reason to think this is any more true than any of the other promises he has made through the years but I am going to give him 24 hours. After that point I will happily share his phone number - for all the good it will do anyone.
I am cautiously optimistic to report that the boiler has supposedly been fixed. We are cold, but not nearly as cold as we have been for the last four years. They are working on getting the "amount" of heat right now, supposedly, and the heat has been consistent enough that I am somewhat convinced that this time it is for real.

Hi Blythe,
I called your landlord and left a message. If he restores your heat, please close this report.
