seems to be the same all around the city weeds overgrown brush tree limbs hanging way over lines and streets does anyone remember the damage the trees cause ? does anyone do any of their job with being complaigned about first if some of this is not the cities responsibility cant you at least knock on some doors how about making sure garbage is cleaned up and stored where it cant be seen from the street like the city ordinace states.. certainly someone who works for or is and alderman or just a volunteer for the city cant bring these issues to the correct persons attention how about all the empty house whos gonna clean the yards as in cut the grass unless its complaigned about usually nothing is ever done the city looks very dirty and messy one would think with the big tax increase we just had at least some of the town would look nice.
As long as it's not in there neighborhood, they don't care. If I had a contractors lawn mower I'd cut it myself and charge the city. Unfortunately I don't own one and must look at the blight and filth everytime I walk the dog or drive around. Why can't we have a program for the teens in the summer, so they can work with the town and beautify our little city. It would benefit both the city and the teens. Clean city and tired teens who won't be causing trouble around the neighborhood.
Why doesn't the public works department keep our city clean. Beaver St between Quillinan Pond and Woodbridge Ave looks like a dump. Please clean it up.
