Description

Green light coming off 476N and 76E onto Matsonford is slow to respond even in the middle of the night. Motorcycle will not trip the sensor and it takes 2-3 for a car to finally trip the green. ADditionally, the green is very short, usually only allows 4-5 cars to make left turn.
