Description

The signal for pedestrians crossing 17th Street on the west side of Clay/San Pablo is not being used to its full efficiency. It currently does not allow pedestrians to cross 17th Street during the green traffic signal phase for northbound Clay street vehicular traffic. This should be changed to allow pedestrian crossing during that phase.
