Description

Every evening between 9 PM & 10 PM Susan Wallace who drives a Blue Ford Escape DC tag # CS 0969 drives across town into our alley, places a pile of cat food in the garage of 620 Rock Creek Church Road NW and drives away. According to the Washington Humane Society she is not a volunteer with the CatNiPP program.
