This is a 3-way intersection where drivers on the road that ends (Old Baltimore Pike) have the right of way, and the drivers on Christine Road in either direction have a Stop sign. Despite the signs informing Christine Road drivers that traffic approaching from the right/left (Old Baltimore Pike) does not stop, the flow control used here is unorthodox and therefore, I maintain, dangerous.
