Hi

This was not fixed. There is still plant debris, garbage and trash strewn about on the mandela parkway, 32nd to under the freeway, on the right side heading toward target. There is also garbage and trash on 32nd street near the parkway.

Help please...

Plus, if it is in your jurisdiction, there is still the homeless Encampment under the freeway...

If the problem isn't fixed, I'll re-open this. I think the area under the overpass is the responsibility of CalTrans. Here's a form to fill out to report the encampment and trash under the overpass:
