Same rider has been joy-riding around non-stop for the better part of two hours since 4pm this afternoon, it is now almost 6:30 p.m..

Same creep just went tearing up Grand Ave from Front St. C'mon NHPD: it's time to stop this once and for all.

Please try to get pics, as it's very helpful to the NHPD. I know Lolo's been out again--apparently a two week stint in juvenile detention wasn't enough--and I saw him numerous times in Fair Haven today. Still working to identify the others . . .

FairHavenRes, do you have any advice for taking pictures without being seen taking pictures? I am often at home when I see/hear the dirtbikes and ATVs, and I am afraid of retaliation.

I personally do not worry in the least about retaliation, to be honest; these are just annoying little punks and NHPD is on your side with respect to this issue. I take pictures from my porch, from upper level windows, or from the sidewalk (and street!) when I'm outside and have the camera available. Make note of the type of bike - what color(s) is it, does it have any stickers? What is the rider wearing? Details like this make it easier to identify them, even if their faces are covered. Hope that helps!

He will respond to emails and calls. If you report a known ATV or dirt bike location to him, he will investigate and confiscate the machines.
