Description

Recieved notice before summons for tree branches that were cut down and left in the street by the town's street light division. Same issue with my next door neighbor. The town cut the branches down, the town should not fine us for the branches being in front of the house. The sanitation or hwy. dept. should be notified to clean up these branches (which came from a tree on town property).
