Since last August a large limb has remained atop the tool shed at the rear of this lot and is partially supported by an utility entrance wire. Portions extend across the fence into the alley and partially obstruct traffic making it difficult to navigate.
One of the branches is at a level at which it could damage the side window or windshield of a vehicle, especially if the vehicle enters the alley at the North end traveling South. There is an existing report noting the overgrown state of this lot where the owner seems to reside only part time. So far, except to make cursory attempts at mowing, none of the other overgrowth has received attending, and the limb extending into the alley is a distinct safety hazard which need to be removed.
