Description

This area of Scott Lake Road has flooded several times causing massive property damage to home owners on Scott Lake Road and surrounding subdivision. The flooding started after the condos and apartments up the street were built in the 90's. Improper drainage planing / zoning on the part of Waterford Township and Oakland County are to blame - in my opinion. No one will own-up to the responsibility and now our homes are worthless. I would move but I need the equity to buy another home. Please fix this problem or buy the damaged houses and turn the properties into a proper drainage ditch!
