I can currently hear motorcycle's from a nearby bike club racetrack located in Birdsboro near the landfill. I live fairly far away in a neighborhood next to Daniel Boone High School. On weekends at times it feels like I am part of some video motorcycle racing game.
So this "large residential area" has been given some sort of draw for commercial business to expand the tax base (which is currently PRIMARILY residents), and you're complaining about POTENTIAL noise? Have you looked at the plans? Have you talked to the organizers? Have you done ANY research (other than looking at a few people complaining about some other motorsports park)? We're not talking about racetracks like the one in Dover or in the Poconos.
Can we get some sanity into the debate before you go off complaining about something that has the potential of being BENEFICIAL to the community?
Please show us how this Motorpark compares to the one in Millville. There are a multitude of steps being taken to make this a friendly atmosphere. Instead of fighting the owner of this property, sit with them to discuss your fears.
This is an advertisement for a petition, not a valid complaint, as this isn't an issue, it isn't even open. This is not the place to protest what you are not happy over, but to state real problems such as road way issues, etc. This is see, click, fix, not advertise your personal petition to stop something that was approved by the court system.
