There are lights now, but they are just flashing. How long will this go on, til someone is killed. We need these lights functioning now. Also, the right hand turn lane needed to be made wider for all the semis that turn right on Heydenreich from WB M59 to go into the loading dock for HomeDepot. You can see the ruts in the grass from where the angle of the turn is still too sharp.

They are installed but haven' t been turned on to work as of yet.
