various pot holes through out the neighbor hood- Bradford St. and Rook St. combined. we got pot holes in the speed bumps down Rook.. They patched some at the end of Bradford St. before you cross over E. Michigan, but did not come down into the neighborhood.
Also have over grown grass issues at the corners, particularly at the corner of Rook St. and Ramen Rd. You can not see Ramen Rd. Traffic coming over the hill from the left off Rook St. due to the over grown grass.
