W. Lupita Rd. is a one way street with a 25mph speed limit that must have been posted years ago when traffic was minor. the road is dirt, narrow, and used as a detour for people who want to avoid the school speed limit and speed bumps along san mateo. We have a large number of senior people who live and walk on this road and also seems to be very popular with the hospital people and folk that think they are going to find a safe peaceful st. to walk on, but not many people driving on it slow down so the danger, dirt, dust, and total disregard for the one way and the speed limit which should be 15mph at the most for this narrow one way (it's now the same speed as the paved san mateo and galisteo). My taxes keep going up though.
