City of Oakland Public Works Agency addressed this issue on 08/13/2013, service request # 469365.

City Attorney's Office completed investigation and transferred the case file to City Administrator's Office 8/16/2013. City Administrator's Office issued citation on 10/2/2013.

What was the result of the issuance of the citation?

The City Administrator's Office reached a settlement with the violator for $925.
