I really wish Animal Control/New Haven Animal Shelter was responsive to these sorts of things. After months and months of a dog barking and whining 10" max from my bedroom and living room windows for sometimes the entire day into the evening, I called the police non-emergency number. It's illegal.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help this poor dog!!! In this horribly hot, humid and torrential rain and thundering and lightening weather, that poor dog is screaming for help by barking and barking, hoping someone will come soon.
