The Public Workds Department has responded. The last evaluation on Sue Ellen Drive was done in August 2009. The street earned a score of 23.65 points which did not meet the minimum threshold of 30 points needed to be placed on a project list. We recommend that the citizen request a re-evaluation of the street to see if conditions have worsened to the point where it could now qualify for a project list.
