This tree limb is located within the 2400 block of N. Beltline Blvd on the southeast side of the road (heading toward Richland Mall). The limb is actually hanging mostly over the bike lane but a strong wind will cause it to come down any day now. While overhanging trees offer a unique look to the streets they also present a terrible safety hazard. A relative of mine is still recovering, 3 yrs later, from his encounter with an overhanging branch that kept him in ICU for weeks and almost took his head off when it came through his windshield. Rain and darkness impaired his visibility as he headed down this familiar road on his way to work. The day before, this branch had not been hanging over the road but the rain storm had loosened it and presented this hazard to him and other motorists. Please find some money to take care of these issues before someone else is hurt. Thank you. Sylvia
