JR Dist delivers every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Delivery time varies from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and while delivery the truck is left running. It usually takes a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes for the delivery.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact the Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
For all other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report them to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)
