911 response time is terrible. I called 911 because my neighbor was making a lot of noise possibly abusing her kids. There was a lot of yelling and rumbling as if they were fighting, screaming door slamming and crying. The crying was so loud in fact I could hear it through the floor. This got ridiculous around 11:30 pm on a monday night. At 11:39 I called. The time on my phone in the picture (12:31 Tuesday Morning) is when police have arrived. Knocking on the door stating no one was answering. Of course not. An hour has already lapsed when you were called.
