I was just by there and the graffiti is still there. Please do not close any issue until it has been fully and completely resolved.

This is still a problem and has not been addressed by the City of Oakland.
I no longer have time to do the work that Oakland pays people to do. SCF is an interesting concept but, the PWA and other Oakland departments are too broken to fix these problems. I give up!
